Our 3-day Junior Weightlifting Clinic is the perfect starting point for kids ages 11–15 who are curious about lifting weights and want to learn how to train the right way.
This beginner-friendly clinic will be led by trained professionals offering expert guidance and personalized instruction to a small size group (limited to 12 participants).
Class Details
Dates: November 24-26, Monday-Wednesday of Thanksgiving Break
Class times: 1:30PM-4:30PM
Class details: The group size is intentionally small (limited to 12 participants) to ensure every participant receives ample one-on-one attention and safe, hands-on instruction.

Participants will build strength, confidence, and body awareness, while establishing a lifelong positive relationship with fitness in a safe, fun environment.
No, this is a beginner-friendly fundamentals clinic. Each student will lift appropriate weights for their skill & age. The focus is on mastering proper form and safe movement patterns before adding significant weight. The goal is to build a foundational understanding of strength training, not to set personal records.

Participants should wear comfortable, athletic clothing (t-shirt, shorts/leggings) and athletic shoes. They should also bring a water bottle. Any other necessary equipment will be provided.
This is a new, one-time clinic. This introductory fundamentals clinic is designed to be the “perfect starting point.” It establishes the foundational knowledge, technique, and safety habits needed for future training.
